MCII detailed training is included in our elaborately designed Dealer and Distributor training classes. For over 9 years our sister company, MC Resurfacing, Inc. has been highly successful in the decorative concrete business located in the Tampa Bay Florida area. Over 2000 jobs have been marketed and installed, yielding excellent profits ranging from 35 – 46%. Our area of expertise includes the basic look all the way up to the high-end looks, some examples are; inlaid brick with color highlights, marble, multi-colored highlights, elaborate tile and granite effects, and paver appearances. We demonstrate in detail how to achieve these effects for a fraction of the cost of the actual materials. MCII emphasizes that all completed surfaces are completely sealed, water proof, high strength, and will not mold or mildew. In addition to texturing techniques, advertising, marketing tactics and business planning are presented in detail. MCII has recently invested in two TV commercials, which will be included in our Dealer and Distributor packages, and a presentation from our advertising consultant will be included in our training classes.
