The MCII process was developed by James Meyer, a civil engineer specializing in cement and concrete with over 30 years experience in the field. It is a 100% cement process that involves no paints or staining. All designs, formulas, application techniques, etc., have been field-tested on actual projects by our sister company for 9 years. Consisting of over 839 completed projects.

This is the before image of a commercial pool deck. Project specifications are as follows: Customer required finish to be a random pattern, umber color, MCII’s non-slip process. Total project consisted of 5000 Sq. Ft. at an actual cost of $5.00 Sq. Ft. or, a total project cost of $25,000.

This view of the deck is after applying our MC crack repair materials. A total explanation of MCII’s step-by-step procedures are taught in our dealer classes. This project consisted of over 500 (linear foot) of cracks that were repaired as part of the preparation.

This is a finished view of the deck after the completion and application of two MC sealer coats, with MCII’s non-slip added to the final coat. Note: Two men working a total of four days completed this project, which yielded a total MCII profit of $12,000.00 or 48% of gross. This particular project was completed by our sister company, MC Resurfacing, Inc.

Project number two is a residential driveway completed by MC Resurfacing, Inc. The project description included a driveway, sidewalk and front porch. Finish required was a tile pattern with soldier course brick borders along each edge of the driveway and sidewalk. This represents a before view of the project.

This view illustrates the application of design tape, skim coat and texture coat.

Finished project is displayed. Please note that the entire project was 2,000 Sq. Ft., completed by two applicators in three days, and yielded a profit of 39% of gross. MCII’s products are excellent as a driveway coating for residential and commercial projects.
