This package is designed as an entry level to the fabulous and lucrative world of Miracle Coat Decorative Concrete. MCII is a family owned company that for many years has specialized in advanced designs for Residential, Commercial, and Government projects in the Tampa Bay area of Florida.

The basic factors of our Contractor Package are as follows: (1) The cost of a two-day training course at our corporate location is included. Transportation to and from facility, along with lodging is not provided.
(2) Ongoing technical and marketing support, including access to job photos, paperwork, business forms, etc., is included. Development of a successful business remains our primary objective.
(3) Enough materials are provided in our Contractor Package to resurface 4,000 Sq. Ft. of existing concrete surface area utilizing the MCII Resurfacing process. A bid price of $4.00 per Sq. Ft., which is very conservative in most areas of the country, yields $16,000 in gross revenue, which effectively returns the original investment, plus a profit of $8,500.00
(4) A contractor wishing to upgrade to a Dealer or Distributor level may do so by having MCII apply all products purchased in addition to the Contractor Package, plus the $7,500.00 cost of the original package, towards the desired upgrade level. Therefore, a MCII Contractor Package is truly an entry level to the most exiting business opportunity in our multi Billion Dollar Industry.
